Terms of service

Dobitka is a football information and entertainment service operated by Mateusz Rutkowski Testy, Kraków, Poland, NIP: 7962790612, REGON: 381659867.

A user is an adult person, 18+, using the service after account creation. An account is secured with email code or Google sign-in.

Dobitka lets users build alternative match setups: lineup, formation, playing style and conditional coaching decisions. The simulation model replays the match and compares the user version with the real match and fan rankings.

Club selection is limited to Dobitka's Top 6: the Polish Ekstraklasa, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1. The Champions League is not a separate pool of selectable clubs; a Champions League match involving a selected club may appear in its fixture list.

World Cup 2026 (tournament mode - ended): during the 2026 World Cup, until the final on July 19, 2026, the service offered tournament picks, national-team lineups before matches, post-match simulations, rankings and private leagues. The mode was free during the launch campaign, with no money stakes and no cash prizes. After the final it works as a read-only archive: results, verdicts and rankings remain available, new tournament entries are closed.

Dobitka is not gambling: it does not accept money stakes, does not pay winnings and does not display bookmaker odds.

Use of Dobitka is allowed only for adults, 18+. By creating an account, the user confirms that they meet this condition.

Users must not abuse APIs, bypass rate limits, scrape content for resale, create multi-accounts to manipulate rankings, attack the service or publish illegal or hateful content.

Simulations, probabilities and generated commentary are entertainment and sports analysis. They are not betting, financial, legal or investment advice and do not guarantee real-world match outcomes.

Dobitka is currently free of charge. No paid products or subscriptions are on sale and no feature is locked behind a paywall.

You can voluntarily support the project (“buy us a coffee”) on the /support page. Support is a donation, not a purchase: it does not unlock features, badges, early access or any ranking advantage. Payments are handled by Stripe; card data is not processed by Dobitka. Support is generally non-refundable; mistaken or duplicate payments are refunded - write to reklamacjedobitka.pl. Complaints are handled in Polish (the binding contract language).

A paid offer (one-time products, subscriptions or yearly packages) may be introduced later, for example starting with a future season. If so, the scope and price will be shown before purchase and these terms will be updated as described in the Polish version, section 12.

The terms are governed by Polish law. The contract language is Polish. Consumer protection rules apply where mandatory law says so.
