Dobitka is a football information and entertainment service operated by Mateusz Rutkowski Testy, Kraków, Poland, NIP: 7962790612, REGON: 381659867.

A user is an adult person, 18+, using the service after account creation. An account is secured with email code or Google sign-in.

Dobitka lets users build alternative match setups: lineup, formation, playing style and conditional coaching decisions. The simulation model replays the match and compares the user version with the real match and fan rankings.

Dobitka is not gambling: it does not accept money stakes, does not pay winnings and does not display bookmaker odds.

• Modern browser with JavaScript, cookies and localStorage.
• Stable internet connection.
• Active email address for login codes and transactional emails.
• Minimum mobile-friendly screen width around 360px.

Use of Dobitka is allowed only for adults, 18+. By creating an account, the user confirms that they meet this condition.

Users must not abuse APIs, bypass rate limits, scrape content for resale, create multi-accounts to manipulate rankings, attack the service or publish illegal or hateful content.

Simulations, probabilities and generated commentary are entertainment and sports analysis. They are not betting, financial, legal or investment advice and do not guarantee real-world match outcomes.

Dobitka may offer one-time products, subscriptions or yearly packages. Current scope and price are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe; card data is not processed by Dobitka.

The terms are governed by Polish law. The contract language is Polish. Consumer protection rules apply where mandatory law says so.
